Directions
Use this area map to customize driving directions from your location. Our office
is in the Burke Building, on Occidental Plaza, between 1st and 2nd Avenues S.,
with S. Main Street on the North and S. Jackson Street on the South. Cafe Umbria
is on the ground floor.

From I-90 W:
Take the 4th St Exit (#2B). Turn left onto 4th Ave. S. then left onto S. Jackson
Street. After a block and a half, Occidental Plaza is on your right, between 1st
and 2nd Avenues S.
From I-5 South:
Take Exit 65A toward James St. Stay straight to go onto 6th Avenue, then turn
right onto Columbia Street. Continue West until 1st Avenue S, then turn left.
Turn left onto S. Jackson Street. Occidental Plaza is on your left, between 1st
and 2nd Avenues S.
From I-5 North, Sea-Tac Airport:
Merge onto WA-518 E toward I-5 / Seattle/Tacoma/ I-405. Merge onto I-5 N via the
exit on the left toward Seattle. Merge onto I-90 W via exit 164B toward 4th
Avenue S. Take the 4th St Exit (#2B). Turn left onto 4th Avenue S. then left
onto S. Jackson Street. Occidental Plaza is on your right, between 1st and 2nd
Avenues S.

Parking
There is some metered parking in the Pioneer Square area at $1.50/hour.
Short-term free parking is available on the Plaza in front of our building until
11:00 AM, Mon-Fri. Our area is served by many bus routes. Consult http://tripplanner.metrokc.gov
for the bus most convenient for you. Listed below are parking lots and garages
