To our prospective clients and partners:

Two years ago we launched an exciting new venture, the Institute for Community Change, a not-for-profit institute that helps philanthropies, governments and not-for-profit agencies achieve their outcome goals. We based ICC on over twelve years experience managing national grant programs from our Seattle offices.

Through ICC we have helped a number of national foundations --- including the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and Atlantic Philanthropies --- implement sustainable campaigns to achieve long-term positive change in communities across the United States.

Today we are pleased to announce formation of The Royer Group, an extension of our capabilities to include businesses and organizations operating primarily in the private sector.

In my 12 years as Mayor of Seattle, I observed the powerful results which were possible through public / private partnerships sharing common goals. In the years since, the interdependence of successful not-for-profits and the business community has become even more striking.

Indeed in contemporary civic life, the best outcomes are shaped by collective strategies and innovative tactics which are exclusive neither to the not-for-profit sector nor the business community, but represent shared visions, experience, and results. The Royer Group is set up to serve the needs of these hybrid partnerships through consulting, development assistance, government liaison, marketing communications, and program administration.

We are practical, experienced, and results-driven. We look forward to introducing you to our capabilities, our founding and contributing partners, and a representative sample of our work.

Thanks for your interest in The Royer Group, and your commitment to building healthy communities.
